At LTC, we believe in using art, theatre, and storytelling to create a more inclusive and equitable society. We challenge ourselves and others to seek discomfort and embrace growth, knowing that it is through vulnerability and courage that we can create meaningful and transformative art. Our vision is to use the platform of theatre to amplify diverse voices and tell stories that inspire and engage our communities.
Vision
LTC's vision is to be a leader in using the arts to promote social justice and create a more equitable society. We strive to create a space where all people feel welcome and valued, and where diverse voices and perspectives are actively sought out and celebrated. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and strive for integrity in all that we do, challenging ourselves to be open to growth and new ideas. We believe that by seeking discomfort and embracing vulnerability, we can create powerful and meaningful art that sparks dialogue and inspires change. Through our work, we hope to engage and empower individuals and communities to take action and make a positive impact in the world."
